Process & Getting Started

Why do you charge a flat rate?

Flat rates provide transparency and allow you to budget without surprises. Every project is unique, and a flat rate ensures you know the cost upfront.

How do I submit payment?

We accept checks, Zelle, and ACH bank payments. Credit cards are also accepted, with an additional 3% fee. All projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin.

How do I secure my spot on your calendar?

Once we finalize your project details, we’ll send you a contract and request a 50% non-refundable deposit. Upon receipt of both, you’ll be officially booked!

What are your working hours?

We work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST). Feel free to email us anytime; our email inbox is always open!

What design services do you offer?

We specialize in restaurant branding and food packaging, which includes logo/identity design, packaging design, website design, signage and menu designs.

What’s your availability?

We’re typically booked 1-3 months in advance. Please note that we receive a high volume of requests and cannot accept every project.

Do I get full usage rights once my project is complete?

Yes, you’ll receive full usage rights to all designs, allowing you to use them however you wish.

Design Process

Why do you only offer 2 rounds of revisions?

We include 2 rounds of revisions in your project budget, which is standard practice. Additional rounds can be added for a small fee if necessary.

How long will the process take?

Timelines vary based on the scope of work, but the brand and website design process typically takes 4-12 weeks, depending on how quickly we can communicate and collaborate. We typically deliver a new round of designs weekly. Once a final design is chosen, files are prepped and delivered within a few days.

Can you help with website copy and images?

Yes! We provide a website copy guide to help you craft your own content. If you need additional support, we can add copywriting services to your package. Stock image curation is included, and we’re happy to source premium imagery if needed.

Do you provide website training?

Yes! At the end of your project, we’ll create personalized training videos to guide you through maintaining your site.

Printing & Web Development

Can I handle the printing myself?

Yes of course! We are also happy to manage the printing process. Our relationships with printers and knowledge of technical details ensure the best results, saving you time and stress.

What website platforms do you design for?

We offer both custom WordPress sites (designed from scratch) for complex needs, and Squarespace for smaller sites.

Do you need all my content before starting?

Yes, having all your content upfront helps ensure the design aligns perfectly with your messaging and visuals.
